1. Using SM Studio
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to accept these terms for yourself or the organization you represent. You are responsible for account security, activity under your account, and ensuring workspace members have appropriate access.
2. Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transform, generate from, display, and publish that content as part of providing SM Studio. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for all prompts, trademarks, images, reference materials, personal data, and social accounts you use.
3. Generated content
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other output, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing facts, claims, intellectual-property issues, regulatory requirements, and brand suitability before publishing. SM Studio does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
4. Social publishing
You authorize SM Studio to perform publishing actions you initiate or schedule through connected accounts. You remain responsible for the published content and compliance with Meta’s terms, platform rules, advertising requirements, and applicable law. Availability may be affected by third-party API changes, permissions, outages, or token expiry.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use SM Studio to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware or deceptive content; attempt unauthorized access; bypass usage controls; scrape or reverse engineer the service; impersonate others; or create content that is illegal, abusive, or intended to cause harm.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance without notice where necessary. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, abuse, legal compliance, or material violation of these terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, content, goodwill, or business opportunity. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
